Is shipping really free?

Yes. Delivery is free on every order across India. The price you see already includes all taxes and shipping, so there is nothing extra to pay at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually arrive within 7 to 10 days. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before it ships. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. After it has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

What if my parcel arrives damaged or wrong?

Message us within 48 hours of delivery with videos where the unboxing of parcel must be seen clearly, if you can, an unboxing video. We will send a replacement or refund you after checking.

Can I return an opened product?

For hygiene reasons, opened oral care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, wrong or defective.

Please follow the directions on the product packaging. If you have sensitive teeth or gums, or any doubt, check with your dentist first.
